ELROL embraces the Lean Enterprise philosophy as a means of ensuring operational efficiency which translates to cost saving for our Clients. Our core team is divided into three essential structures – Business Development, Support Services and Operations Management. Our field operations are manned by a core internal team and a flexible pool of hand-picked freelancers. The key Directors and Executives of ELROL are:

↓FRANCIS O. ODUKOYA – Chairman, Board of Directors

Born in 1964, he holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. He started his working experience in the Maritime Industry in 1989 to 2001 with the Bureau Veritas Group where he rose to the position of Deputy Liaison Officer. He joined European All Freight in the year 2002 to develop his entrepreneurial minded process as Marketing Manager and rose to become GM, Business Development. He currently manages Professional Shipping & Logistics and Moonstone Resources and is well grounded in corporate governance. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA), a member of some key Chambers of Commerce as well as FIATA, CRFFN. He is happily married with wonderful children.


A bridge-builder and astute Operations Manager, he started his foray into Logistics at NPA as far back as in 1998 under a service contract/partnership arrangement with Continental Shipyard Ltd. He later moved to Onne on a Procurement & Maintenance Contract. He honed his skills in Business Counseling at the Canadian Institute of Christian Counseling. He later specialized in Air and Sea Port Operations. He is actualizing his belief of making excellent services with integrity not only possible in Nigeria but to be expected, by promoting ELROL Integrated Services since 2011 and currently leads a team of go-getters at the Company as MD/CEO. Guv'nor, as he is fondly called by friends and associates, is a Minister in Glory Christian Ministries and is happily married with children. He enjoys reading, music and scenic viewing in his leisure.


A Public Administration graduate of Madonna University, he holds a Masters Degree in the same discipline. He is an incisive Public Policy Analyst, Writer and Speaker. He is also a Member Madonna University Governing Board, National President of Madonna University Alumni, Peace Ambassador of Africa First Ladies' Peace Mission and MD/ CEO of Bellanne Group of Companies. He is deeply experienced at Administration, Business Development, Business Advisory, Business Re-engineering, as well as Human Resource Management. He brings his personal clout and contacts to bear on ELROL Business Development activities.


An Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Administration and the Nigerian Institute of Management, Mrs Chukwuma holds a B.Sc (Business Administration) and an M.Sc (Operations and Production Management) obtained at The University of Lagos. She also attended the Nigerian College of Administration, Ijanikin as well as holding Diploma in Computer Operations and Certificate in Desktop Publishing. A highly industrious personality at both academic and business lives, she had proved her mettle working with several companies in several industries, such as Forthright Consult Limited, Jee Vee Catering, Phone Connect Network Limited, Beverly Sam Properties and Impercel Services Limited, before coming home to team up with her husband to pursue his vision for a 'business unusual' logistics service provider called ELROL. An astute problem solver, quick thinker and go-getter, Mrs Chukwuma brings her amiable personality to play in motivating human resource at ELROL to achieve uncommon results.


A founding partner of CHARLES & CHARLES and the head of the firm's litigation, property, energy and natural resources portfolios. He obtained his law degree from the University of Lagos and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in Y2000. Charles is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a member of the International Bar Association. He is also a guest TV sports analyst and he is happily married, with children.


A Veteran of both Public and Private establishments such as The Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company (NSPMC), COTECNA Inspection Company, Rodak Supplies and Services Ltd and Kenking Associates, he is deeply skilled in Problem Solving, Process Management, Report Writing, Documents Management and Inter-Personal Relationships. His knack for problem solving earned him the knick-name 'Engineer' While at COTECNA, Peter attained expertise at Shipment Classification as well as vast knowledge in PROCUREMENT Sourcing and Trade Documentation, an invaluable asset which he currently brings to bear at ELROL. He is also vast in Marketing, Business Development and Safety Management. He attended Bendel State Polytechnic of old (ND) and University of Lagos (BSc Business Administration, Y2005).


One of the few very honest and amiable individual you can hardly find today, he hails from Ila-Orangun in Ede LGA Of Osun State. Laide has been in Logistics Operations since 1987 when he was managing operations at SAHCOL on a contract basis. He also served as Logistics Operations Executive at Taj Vitu Nigeria Ltd (an Indian Outfit) as well as Sunny Stanley Motors. He was actively involved with teams handling huge Bulk-Cargo Operations for Client Companies such as Dangote and Henry Okocha groups. He had his early education (Ordinary Level) at Fatima College, Ikire and Ibadan College and has attended privileged trainings with Nigerian Customs (ASSYCUDA ++ and InterSwitch). As a ‘ 'self-made' man, he is both a sharp progressive learner on the job and an 'authority' in Port Operations. Laide enjoys the games of Football, Lawn and Table Tennis and also loves travelling in his leisure time. He is happily married with children.


A young energetic Biochemistry graduate of Ebonyi State University, he had his internship at Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) Analytical Laboratories. Gabriel is a highly disciplined time manager and analytical mind. His problem-solving skills are accentuated by his power user skills in Microsoft Office Suite. He attended Command Day Secondary School, Enugu and loves Swimming, Reading and Travelling.
