Elder Okunnuga, is a versatile, persuasive administrator and a distinguished professional with a distinct calling in the Aviation Industry.

An Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Administration and the Nigerian Institute of Management, Mrs. Chukwuma holds a B.Sc (Business Administration) and M.Sc (Operations and Production Management) obtained at The University of Lagos.

A Public Administration graduate of Madonna University, he holds a Masters Degree in the same discipline. He is an incisive Public Policy Analyst, Writer and Speaker.

Francis holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. He started his working experience in the Maritime Industry in 1989 to 2001 with the Bureau Veritas Group where he rose to the position of Deputy Liaison Officer.

Chukwuma is the Managing Director/CEO of ELROL INTEGRA TED SERVICES LIMITED an indigenous freight forwarding and logistics firm, registered with Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) – the Apex regulatory body for freight forwarding in Nigeria.
